  • Spices opened or consumed

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide order number, photos, and reason

  3. Our team will review and approve/reject the request

  4. Pickup will be arranged if approved

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Product is received back

  • Quality check is completed

  • Return reason is valid

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Replacement

If available, a replacement will be shipped after approval.
If not, a refund will be issued.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
